Detailed description is Vision: The Eagle's Nest Food Pantry seeks to ensure that no USM student or staff member goes hungry because of financial challenges. The Eagle's Nest was founded by the Student Association of Social Workers at USM. It is based on the existing research that suggests students and faculty/staff on college campuses have food insecurity. The food pantry is proposed to serve the food needs of students and staff who are in need of provisions for their basic need of food. Services provided to individuals in need will be free of charge.. . Donations can be made to www.feedms.com by selecting "Univ. of Southern Mississippi Food Pantry."
