Detailed description is Supporting the University’s effort to increase access to higher education, High School to University Programs & Testing Services is designed to encourage public school students to pursue the highest levels of academic achievement in preparation for college and beyond.
Testing Services assists with recruitment and enrollment effort by enhancing the quality and quantity of testing services provided to students and prospective students.
Additionally, the department sponsors Advanced Placement Summer Institute training for AP and Pre-AP teachers in collaboration with the College Board, presents in-service training on current topics for educational professionals, and certifies substitute teachers for a number of area school districts.
