Detailed description is Valley Self Defense teaches Israeli founded Krav Maga to Men and Women ages 13 - 113. Krav Maga is a Practical, Tactical, Self Defense System based on the bodies natural reflexive response to dangerous threats and attacks. Instructor Jon Neitzell has been training in Krav Maga for over three years. He has achieved the level of Graduate level 2 after successfully completing the International Krav Maga Federations (IKMF) Civilian Instructors Course in the spring of 2012. Jon wrestled for five years in high school and college, and was a member of the State Champion wrestling team his senior year. He also has two years, experience in Tae Kwon Do.
