Detailed description is We are a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to raising funds to build a much needed COUNTY-WIDE animal safe haven for Obion County TN.. Obion County, TN. is in desperate need of an animal shelter. It's that simple.. . Wags & Whiskers:Safe Haven a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization has been formed to fill that need, and address the problem of abused and abandoned animals in Obion County.. . It is the goal of this organization to start a new countywide animal shelter that will serve as a "safe Haven" for those animals. The new animal shelter will also serve as a headquarters to promote the need for responsible pet ownership and the importance of having animals spayed and neutered.
