We're proud to build our burgers with pasture-raised and grass-finished beef from Missoula’s own, Oxbow Cattle Company.
Oxbow cows are free of antibiotics and artificial growth hormones, they’re managed to have limited impact on the environment and they’re treated with love.
We also source brioche buns that are created under the Big Sky, from seed to oven, with non-gmo flours.
