We also assist with other health disparities WECAHN promotes health and wellness in our communities by offering prevention education, testing and counseling, access to care, and support services for people infected, affected or at high risk for HIV/AIDS, STD's and other health disparities such as diabetes, smoking cessation, blood pressure, obesity, heart disease and overall healthy living. . HIV and STD community Testing and Counseling are offered in 7 NC Counties - Chatham, Lee, Alamance, Randolph, Wake, Durham and Orange. . . Our Substance Abuse Center Testing and Counseling services are offered in 22 NC counties. . . Our Medical Case Management is offered in 11 NC counties - Chatham, Lee, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Johnston, Orange, Person, Vance, Wake, Warren with a focus on Chatham and Lee.. .
