Detailed description is Whiteheadd's has been a family tradition since 1955. My husband and I have taken family recipes, and given them a fresh modern twist. Whiteheadd’s is a family owned, and operated food service establishment, that has been a family tradition since the mid 50’s. We have taken family recipes, and put our fresh, modern influence on them. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and make everything right in our own mobile kitchen. Our staff is small, but our vision is huge, and we make only the finest quality food.. Whiteheadd’s consists of myself, my wife, and our two daughters. Who hopefully, with lots of practice, and help will one day run our operation. My wife and I met while attending culinary school in Savannah GA, and we quickly discovered that we not only shared a passion for cooking and baking, but a passion for each other as well. A short time later Whiteheadd’s with two d’s was born, and a short time after that the kids came along. We have made our own staff and have over ten years in the food service industry, and together there is nothing we can’t do.. Our goal is for a mobile kitchen. It will be 22’ total length, complete with hood vent, fire suppression system, water, sanitation. It also has a smoker, 6 top stove, grill and refrigeration. Our mobile kitchen can make just about anything. We are Serve Safe certified and insured for $500,000. All our staff is trained in culinary arts and customer service and are true professionals.This is already in the works! we are in the process of finalizing the details and it will be ready soon.. We can offer several different menu choices depending on what type of event and its location. Different areas and demographics have different needs and we are flexible to that. Whiteheadd’s can offer baking and sweets like Nannies fried or baked fruit pies, peanut brittle, and glazed pecans.
