Bouldering, All Day. Top Rope, 5pm to 9pm. . Friday to Sunday. Bouldering, All Day. Top Rope, 3pm to 6pm. . Harness rental, free. Shoe rental (not required, recommended) $2. Belay classes offered Mon-Thurs at 5:45pm. Lead Climbing. . WOU Rock Climbing Club is an open association allowing both WOU community members and locals to share a love of climbing, techniques, gear, and adventures with one another. Furthermore, it serves as an organized way to plan indoor and outdoor excursions and skill classes. . WOU RCC also has a team which competes for the NC3 Collegiate Climbing Circuit within the Pacific Northwest, the team also competes in local competitions year round and enjoys recreational trips indoors and outdoors as well!. More so, non-WOU community members are encouraged to join excursions outside of the WOU climbing facility.. . We focus on form, technique, and skills but, more so, on the love of verticality and the personal growth that comes with climbing and bouldering. . We offer a variety of learning opportunities for belaying, top roping, bouldering, lead climbing and more both indoors and out. . . Our faculty sponsor, Rob Troyer has been climbing for over 14 years and is a wonderful source for all things climbing!. .
