We try to respond within 24 hours and explain the process with you as well. . . If your order is over $50, or is a custom order, we do request a 50% deposit to start the process. If your order is personalized, we request a 100% deposit before starting. . . We use pine, barn wood and salvaged wood for the majority of our projects. All projects are one of a kind and no two products will look exactly the same. Wood has flaws, flecks and the wood grain is different in every piece. . . We will work with you through the making process, updating you throughout the steps with pictures to show you where we are at and how far along your project is.. . We will send you a mock up of your product before painting. Once you have confirmed the mock up, there will be no changes allowed. Please make sure to look over your mock up for spelling errors, layouts and more.. . Our average turn around time is 2- 3 weeks for signs and sign related projects and for larger items, the turn around time will be discussed. We will advise you of turn around time when you place your order.. . We deliver in the Sherwood Park and South Edmonton Common. We will deliver to the remainder of Edmonton and area for a nominal fee. I love meeting our clients! . . We will ship across Canada. Shipping costs vary, determined by Canada Post. We will automatically ship with a tracking number. If you decline having your package shipped with a tracking number, you will be liable if the product is lost in the mail. . .
