Sandie is an E-RYT 200 trained through Yoga Warriors International. She is certified to teach those with PTSD, TBI, Combat Fatigue etc. She offers classes to ALL military, past and present, injured or not. ALL branches are welcome.. Sandie has never been a service member, however she has had direct contact with veterans her entire life. Raised in part by her Grandfather, a a USN WWII vet who served on the USS KIDD, her uncles (also Army WWII vets) and stepfather (US ARMY), Sandie also has an estranged biological father who served as a combat veteran in Desert Storm, he was career military. As a yoga instructor, Sandie saw the need for yoga in the lives of the bravest 1%. Through research she discovered that yoga has been found to be helpful to all military members, specifically those with PTSD.
