Detailed description is I am 200 Hour RYT sharing group and private Yoga experiences including Beginner Yoga, Yoga Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes. I was born and raised in a small town in the Aberdeen area with an appreciation for community. Most of my life, I have been devoted to a healthy and active well-being.. . Throughout my life, I have practiced yoga to some extent, but it wasn’t until recent years that I began to appreciate yoga not only as a mindful escape from the hustle and bustle of managing a business and family, but also as a healing mechanism for athletic training.. . After some time of practicing yoga, I began teaching and then received my 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance from Profiling Beauty - Lean Body Barre in 2017. I consider myself to be a well-rounded yogi with experience teaching Beginner Yoga, Slow Yoga Flow, Restorative Yoga, and even a Fitness Flow. . . I find myself devoted to sharing the benefits of yoga with others in all its many forms. You will enjoy my smooth flow, personal connection to rest and recovery, and hunger for challenge.. . I invite yogis of all levels in class or in a private setting.
