15 complaints filed with CASE over failed Sentosa sky lantern festival

As of 29 February 2024, CASE has received 15 consumer complaints against organiser Asian Couture and Boutique regarding the Sky Lantern Festival at Palawan Beach which fell through at the last minute, angering attendees, according to Melvin Yong, CASE President.
