BAKSA: The 24th Bn SSB Rangia successfully conducted the second phase of its 'Pre-Recruitment Training' for the youths of the Indo-Bhutan Border area from July 12 to July 17.
The closing ceremony of the a week-long programme was held at the Kumarikata Community Hall in the presence Commandant of 24th Bn SSB, Rangia Hrishikesh Sharma, on Saturday.
This is the far-sightedness of the Central Government and the Force Headquarters of Sashastra Seema Bal, New Delhi who envisaged securing the country by enrolling educated unemployed youth of Indo-Bhutan border area into Central Armed Police Forces. The aim of this training was to encourage physically strong and educated youth of poor and backward Bodo tribals and other Tribals of Indo-Bhutan Border area for joining in Armed Police Forces and meet the necessary recruitment criteria.
