COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Another 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder after a shooting that caused a driver to crash into a building on Broad River Road.
The shooting happened just before midnight on Dec. 22. Police were alerted when a
When crews arrived, they found the driver had been shot. That man was rushed to the hospital but quickly pronounced dead. He has still not been identified.
