IMPACT THAT WILL HAVE IN ART TEMPERATURES AND WEEKEND FORECAST. FIRST, NEAR BOONE, NORTH CAROLINA, BREAKING NEWS. TWO DEPUTIES HAVE DIED AFTER AN HOURS LONG STAND OFF AND WHEN IT WAS ALL OVER AUTHORITIES FOUND THREE PEOPLE DEAD INSIDE THE HOME INCLUDING THE SUSPECTED SHOOTER AND NOW WE KNOW MORE ABOUT THE PEOPLE INVOLVED. A SERGEANT AND A DEPUTY WERE KILLED. AUTHORITIES SAY THEY WERE SENT TO THE HOME YESTERDAY FOR A CHECK IN THE COUNTY SHERIFF SAID THE STEPFATHER OF THE GUNMEN HAD NOT SHOWN UP FOR WORK AND WAS NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE. THEY WANT TO THE HOME FOR A WELFARE CHECK AND INVESTIGATOR SAY WHEN DEPUTIES TRIED TO GO AND SOMEONE INSIDE OPENED FIRE. OFFICIALS SAY 32-YEAR-OLD ISAAC BARNES IS ACCUSED OF KILLING DEPUTIES. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAY HE KILLED HIS MOTHER AND STEPFATHER. THE SHERIFF DESCRIBES THE CALL HIS OFFICE GOT OVER THE WEEKEND. >> WE GO CALLS FROM CONCERNED FOLKS THAT KNOW HIM.
