Activist Missy Crutchfield running for Todd Gardenhire's Chattanooga Senate seat

Chattanooga activist Missy Crutchfield announced Wednesday she is running for a seat in Tennessee's state Senate after losing a bid for the Hamilton County school board earlier this year.
