AMD reportedly bringing dual-chiplets to its X670 chipsets on Socket AM5 for Zen 4

A new report says AMD is bringing a new "dual-chiplet" design approach for its next-gen flagship X670 chipset on Socket AM5. Additionally, the report also claims that AM5 won't have DDR4 support.
