And p. $500.00 index fund that's a no load fund and I just throw money in there and when there's enough money on our family to buy another property I buy another property out of that cash that usually that money sits around there for a year maybe $2.00 the 1st time you do it and that right it's subject to long term capital gains so any growth that it does have is only going to be taxed at 15 percent and have pretty good growth usually depend on what the market's doing but you can make some money that way so I'm going to be a 15 percent plus kids college plus anything else I can find him or start throwing on an s. And p. And we're just going to call that the real estate fund real estate savings and investment plan and you'll get yours from real estate and in some of those kids clear college you're going to be so used to throwing money at those universities you're going to throw money in that fund and buy those left and right you'll be able to.
