Arkansas Economic Development Commission allowed state tax credits for ineligible, undocumented expenses, audit official says

The Arkansas Economic Development Commission allowed ineligible or undocumented expenses of several companies to count toward more than $4 million in state income tax credits awarded as part of research and development programs, an Arkansas Legislative Audit official told state lawmakers Friday.
