• Brittney Renee Carter, 32, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, was charged April 28 with theft. She was released on $2,500 bond.
• Dustin Blake Copeland, 33, of Russellville, Tennessee, was charged April 28 with DUI, implied consent, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released.
• Kevin Douglas Galyon, 30, of 1451 S. Delozier Road in Seymour, was charged April 29 with domestic assault. He was being held.
• Kendall Reece Grooms, 31, of Cosby, was charged April 28 with violation of probation and failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.
