Police Blotter: DeKalb

AUBURN — Local police officers arrested 17 people from Feb. 9-14, according to DeKalb County Jail records.
Brandi Pennington, 38, of the 7300 block of West C.R. 100N, Kimmell, was arrested Feb. 9 at 3:07 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft, a Level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.
Ashly Getts, 34, listed in jail records as a homeless resident of Hamilton, was arrested Feb. 9 at 11:29 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on a DeKalb County warrant alleging a violation of the compulsory school attendance law, a Class B misdemeanor.
David Wickey, 19, of the 5700 block of C.R. 64, Spencerville, was arrested Feb. 10 at 1:15 a.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor; and minor consuming, a Class C misdemeanor.
