AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, LICENSES, TAXATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN PROVIDING REGULATIONS SPECIFICALLY TO
ADD A CATEGORY FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL BUSINESS LICENSING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Auburn, as follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 12, Licenses, Taxation, and Miscellaneous Business Regulations, of The Code of the City of Auburn is hereby amended to add the following:
ARTICLE II. Business License.
Category 21: Short Term Rental
