As I have stated in the past in this column, I have met a lot of wonderful people over the years and made many cherished friendships. One of those friendships was with the late Everett âJuniorâ Miller.
I sadly learned this week that Junior passed away earlier in the week at the age of 95. Unfortunately, his health had declined during the last year of his life.
I gladly say that he has passed away and gained the Glory in Heaven he so richly deserves. He was a great guy and a good friend.
Junior never changed. When you met him on the street or anywhere, he always greeted you with a warm and friendly handshake and a beaming smile.
