Unless you own a greenhouse, âharvestâ might seem like an odd topic to be discussing this time of year. Also out of season in January are yard sales.
I know plenty of people who like nothing better in warmer weather than to go for a ride on a sunny Saturday morning and check out all the yard sales, garage sales and flea markets in their area. Iâm not one of those folks. Thatâs because I had a mother whose motto was, âWe have enough junk of our own. Why would we want to go and buy someone elseâs?â As a result, buying other peopleâs âstuffâ has never held an attraction for me.
