Assam, UP oppose Pawan Khera plea in Supreme Court to club FIRs; claim apology only tactical submission without actual remorse

The Uttar Pradesh government in its affidavit said that the Congress spokesperson by moving the top court is attempting to 'leapfrog' the normal procedure in a criminal case under Code of the Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
