TBU TODAY HIS FAMILY’S ATTORNEY ARGUING THE CASE DESERVES A TRIAL BY JURY. BRIAN WAS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE. HE WAS THE FIRST PSOERN THAT I EVER EVER LOVED IN TTHA LOVED ME THE MOTHEOFR BRIAN SIMMS SPOKE TO KOCO LAST OCTOBER AFTER LEARNING HER SON’S CASE WOULD GET A HEARING IN FEDERALOU CRT. I HEARD A FREEZE BEING YELLED OUT AND THEN A GUY KELI BACK POLICE SAY SIMS HAD HIS EYES CLOSED AND WAS POSSIBLY ASLEEP IN A CAR OUTSIDE AAP C RONCERT IN 2013 WHEN OFF DUTY OFFICERS APPROACHED OFFICER. GALLEON SHOT AND KILLED SIMS AFTER HE SAID SIMS REACHED FOR A WEAPON AND LET’S NOT FORGET THAT THE OFFERIC CONTINUED TO SHOOT HIM 9 OR 10 TIMES’ IVE EVER BEEN IT WAS UNTIL ESCOBAR SAID HEY, STOP SHOOTING. HE’S DEAD WEDNESDAY ATTORNEY TIM HOOTMAN ARGUED BEFORE THE US 10TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS THAT SSIM FAMILY DESERVES A JURY TRIAL. HE SAID THERE ARE LIMITS TO AN FIOFCER USING QUALIFIED IMMUNITY AS A DEFENSE IF THE YNGOU MAN WAS NOT GOING FIRST GUN IN THE JURY CONCLUDES THAT THE OFFICER CANNOT SHOOT CAN’T SHOOT HIM. CLEA NO ONE WOULD DEBATE THAT AND THEREREFO QUALIFIED IMMUNITY DOES NOT APPLY HOOTMAN CALLED THE OFFICER STORIES SELF-SERVING, BUT JUDGE CAROLYN MCHUGH CHALLENGED HIM TO SHOW EVIDENCE TOHE T CONTRARY.
