Basotho don't know their human rights: Judge

MASERU – The recently retired Judge of the High Court Justice Semapo
Peete had argued that many Basotho do not know their human rights.
This he said in his speech at the commemoration of the International
Human Rights Day on December 10.
The December 10 is an annual edition of the celebration of human
