Anthony Devere Seaberg, 26, of Superior, is facing a warrant for his arrest following failures to appear in Carlton County court for charges resulting from a February incident.
The bench warrant, issued April 5 by Carlton County Judge Rebekka Stumme, was requested by the state after Seaberg failed to appear for scheduled omnibus hearings March 29 and April 5.
Seaberg is facing charges of theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing police officers following his Carlton County arrest in February.
