Boy with spinal muscular atrophy asked to leave Chicago park because of wheelchair

 Jordan Block, 10, visited Crown Fountain at Millennium Park last week
A security guard approached his mom and asked her to remove her son because his wheelchair 'could create problems' if he hit other children  
Jordan said the experience made him feel 'surprised' and 'excluded' 
The park's website lists no limitations to where wheelchairs may go   
The park released apologizing to Jordan for the guard's comments
