Brimbank's beloved Greek Australian councillor, Sam David awarded as a community institution

The Greek-Australian councillor of Brimbank City, Sam David, first elected in 1997, was honoured for his many years of valuable service to local government with the Councillor Service Award. All his fellow councillors congratulated David on his recent award and recognition at the last council meeting.
