Brookfield Properties says plaintiff is to blame for injuries on Three Rivers Heritage Trail

PITTSBURGH – Brookfield Properties has denied liability for injuries suffered by a Canonsburg man when he fell on ice during a walk on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, alleging that he was comparatively negligent for the circumstances at issue.
