Pearson Lloyd purchased its 550m
2 Hackney warehouse building in 2017 and approached Cassion Castle Architects with the idea of transforming it into a new HQ for the product design practice, a place to test its concepts and furniture prototypes. The multipurpose premises, completed late last year, has just won the AJ’s Retrofit of the Year Award.
