Chester man guilty of first-degree murder in October 2020 shooting

Lamar Eric Linehan was convicted Friday in the October 2020 shooting death of 34-year-old Balir Starkey. A co-defendant, Rashee Thomas, who previously pled, identified Linehan as the gunman in court.
