China: More Coal Mines Pause Operations Following Deadly Accidents

Two more coal mines in China’s Shanxi province have halted operations, bringing the total to 130 mines suspended in the region since a mining accident killed four people in Hebei province in May, the South China Morning Post reported June 24.
