Combs the day after we filed our the day we filed our lawsuit, fall, the four days following had contacted one of the witnesses mentioned in our lawsuit, had 120 28 Phone Contacts with that witness, who then four days later made a statement that was contrary to some of the allegations in the complaint that was shocking, that was jarring 128 Phone Contacts that after the witness made the statement, not a single Phone Contact after for mr. Combs, and that was one of the primary arguments they made accusing him of intimidating pressuring witness it says that was the basis for their argument for detention. Well, so youre saying he contacted a witness in new York Case and call that person 128 times. And this is what the court is looking at, in part, to say that we cant let him out of jail because he might intimidate witnesses, other witnesses, all the witnesses, if he can exactly within the four days after falling our complaint, there were 128 Phone Contacts between this Way Witness that was mentioned in our Complaint And Mr. Combs. I dont think this is helpful. I mean, youre in the state of michigan. I think the messaging in that state should be about working class voters. I think the messaging in the state of michigan should be about the conflict between israel and hamas. A lot of voters, they are concerned, particularly younger voters and muslim voters. And so theres an opportunity john articulate a message that could be compelling enough to mobilize an energized as republicans there, you need to maintain that. You also need to probably pull away at least five of the 6 of the small percent of overall voters in the state, that sort of undecided. And im not certain that this is the message thats going to move them into your corner, at least. Let them stay home. So theres not voting for your opponent. I dont think this helps.
