Convicted Concord Arsonist Accused Of Setting Apartment Fire

CONCORD, NH — A Concord man, who pleaded guilty to lighting fires at a convenience store more than three years ago, was arrested on another arson charge last week, according to police.
Concord fire and rescue teams, while on a call at Margarita's in Bicentennial Square, where a fire was reported in a second-floor bathroom, were sent to the Pines Apartment on Bog Road for an alarm activation around 12:30 a.m. on April 16. According to Concord Fire Chief Sean Brown, firefighters reported fire from the third floor of the building with residents trapped inside.
