County mulling over cuts in capital plan

By PATRICK FORD patrick@southwesttimes.com Changes to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) such as postponing a combined fire department and emergency services building may help reduce the current budget deficit faced by Pulaski County Board of Supervisors. All changes to the CIP are just suggestions and are only official once approved by the board of supervisors, noted Board Chair Laura Walters.
