COVID-19 cases remain low in Kandiyohi County, but delta variant could be on its way
While cases remain low in west central Minnesota, health officials feel it's just a matter of time before the highly transmissible COVID-19 delta variant is found here. State and local officials urge people who aren't vaccinated to get their shots now.

WILLMAR — West central Minnesota has had few new COVID-19 cases reported in recent weeks.
However, area health officials are keeping an eye on the delta variant which is spreading quickly in other parts of the country.
