CSOs launch programme to prevent unconstitutional change of government in West Africa

A consortium of civil society organisations (CSOs) in partnership with the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) have launched a programme titled the "Regional Citizen's Dialogue Programme (RCDP) as collaborative initiative for preventing and responding to unconstitutional changes of government in West Africa.
