Death row inmate Patrick Schroeder dies at Tecumseh state prison

Nebraska now has one less death row inmate – and they were not subject to capital punishment. Patrick Schroeder died at the state prison in Tecumseh on Monday, according to the Nebraska Department of Corrections.
