covered by what's called presidential privilege and that it has not been waived. robert mueller has basically said he will not answer questions that are not detailed in that 400 plus public report that he released to the public. do you think democrats are going to abide by that? >> well, this is the question, because we just got a statement from barr, the attorney general, saying that, you know, he was asked by mueller to put out that letter saying these are the determines of engagement. mueller said he would not deviate from that letter. >> julie: okay. i want to talk about the 9/11 victims compensation fund. that vote is supposed to take place in the senate today. that money is pretty much shored up, right? >> right. we're probably 35 minutes away from that vote starting. if you look at the senate floor, there's a series of votes leading up to that. you might remember mike lee and rand paul, were worried about the overall cost on that.
