A £100m vision has been revealed to transform derelict parts of the waterfront into "Sydney in Liverpool city centre".
Property developer Romal Capital has committed the funding to a new scheme providing 330 'smart' homes, shops, public space and other amenities at Central Docks, as well as investment in the surrounding area to help regenerate the waterfront.
