DHS Considering Making Virtual Inspection Of Form I-9 Permanent

Department of Homeland Security is considering permanently allowing the flexibility it has extended over employers’ verification of employees’ identity and employment eligibility. The Governments has not set a deadline to finalize new rule on Virtual I-9 Process.
