Dog owner, 19, who left his Cane Corso cross named Blade tied to a coat hook without food or water for more than a week while he was in hospital is banned from owning pets for 10 years

Nicholas Kengere, 19, left his one-year-old dog Blade in his hallway in Bromley while he was in hospital in December last year. Blade was found undernourished and standing in his own faeces.
