The couple behind a fledgling tea production business have indicated their intention to build a ‘tea processing building’.
James and Fiona McGillivray set up Dornoch Tea and in 2018 planted 1000 tea bushes in polytunnels on their croft at Lonemore, Dornoch.
On their Facebook page, the couple say that they are still developing their tea but should have some for sale in summer 2021.
