DOTr, LTFRB not favoring any vehicle brands for PUV modernization program

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) refuted claims that they are favoring China-made mini-buses to replace the traditional jeepneys under the government’s Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) Modernization Program (PUVMP).
