Bally’s Dover kicks off its 54th live harness racing season tonight (Monday, October 30). The 83-day meet will race thru Thursday March 28, 2024. Live racing takes place Monday thru Thursday with a first race post at 4:30 pm. Opening week Bally's Dover will play host to the prestigious Grand Circuit with the Matron Stakes
