This committee is made up of regime representatives of opposition and of Civil Society representatives the process of the picking of the members of the committee was indeed quite opaque for most syrians and was not very clearly laid out so we know for example that kurdish players have been excluded from participating fully in this committee ok. Of course this comes at a time when mr assad has the upper hand i mean he basically controls 2 thirds of the country right now. Is he really interested in a political solution i mean if he was when you have done it before is this just spin.
