【调控重锤再落下！广州楼市降温：二手房交易依照指导价 有楼盘单价直接“腰斩”】继北京、上海、深圳之后，广州二手房参考价机制终于落地。8月31日，广州市住房和城乡建设局发布《关于建立二手住房交易参考价格发布机制的通知》(以下简称“通知”)，并公布了首批热点区域小区二手住房交易参考价格。不过，与参考价相比，不少楼盘的价格明显“腰斩”。大部分热门二手小区的参考价与目前在贝壳的挂牌价约有大概3成到5成的价差。(中国经营报)
