EB 5 Adjunctions Begin Again After Long Wait

When the EB-5 program lapsed in June 021, some EB5 investors with pending applications for I526s and Immigrant Visas and Adjustment of Status were left waiting. With the reauthorization of the EB 5 program in March 2022, USCIS announced it is processing these applications.
